REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please note that for personalized jewellery from Heaven’s Finest Collection NZ, we are unable to offer a refund unless the item is defective. In some cases, we may offer an exchange for another item.
Once the returned items are received, the amount you paid for the goods (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to the ANZ account, credit, or debit card you used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the items, though it may take 4-7 working days for your credit card provider to issue the refund.
Manufacturer warranties do not cover defects caused by mishandling, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence.
Please note that replacement or refund requests may be delayed or denied if defective or damaged items are not reported within the Warranty Period.

Heaven’s Finest Collection NZ offers a variety of delivery methods, with the following shipping costs:

PRE-ORDER
Apart from certain gold jewellery items, most pieces from Heaven’s Finest Collection NZ are made to order. This process ensures the production of high-quality, long-lasting products. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide you with an exceptional jewellery experience.

Due to limited batches and the fact that all products are shipped from overseas, we may not always have every item in stock. If an item is out of stock, you will see a “Pre-Order” note on the product page. You will be notified via email if your item is on pre-order, and orders may take 3-4 weeks to process. We will send you an update on the expected delivery time when we confirm your order. If you have any concerns or need your order urgently, please email us at heavensfinestcollectionnz@gmail.com, and we will assist you as best as we can.

Items marked as “in stock” will be delivered within 6 working days.
RETURNS
We hope you are thrilled with your new jewellery. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, Heaven’s Finest Collection NZ offers an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase. Alternatively, we will issue a refund for any unworn item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
